Ambiser provides Auto-attendant Phone Services powered by VXI* for Spanish Local and Regional Elections 2011

May 27th 2011, Madrid (Spain). Past May 22th 2011, 34 Millions of spanish voters went to the polls in local and regional Sunday to elect mayors in 8,000 cities and towns as well as presidents in 13 of 17 regional governments. To get information about their poll stations, different cities have selected Ambiser able to provide a smart phone service for online information retrieval from citizen databases. I6NET was selected to provide the IVR technology based on VXI* VoiceXML server farms in partnership with Ambiser provider of advanced voice portal solutions and consultancy services. This Auto-attendant Phone Service was developed in several local spanish languages according to each city and region.

AMBISER presents their Citizen Attention Services at the VoIP2Day Fair at next SIMO Network 2009

The company AMBISER has developed a new voice portal system designed to improve citizen care for the Public Administration Sector September 07, 2009 – AMBISER INNOVATIONS will present at “VoIP2Day”, a fair dedicated to communication systems for voice over IP to be held in Madrid next SIMO Network 2009 Congress 22-24 September, the solutions developed for the citizen attention based on the voice portal services and the I6NET VXI* VoiceXML browser. A voice portal is a website where citizens can access through a simple phone call, no need for a PC. The user interacts with the service using the telephone keypad or the voice. The City hall of Avila presents its Voice Portal at next Admira Congress 2009

Valladolid, Spain 2009 The City hall of Avila will present at the Admira Congress its Voice Portal project, an innovative, effective phone self-service directed to improve the citizen care  using best of  bread voice communications interfaces and through Internet developed by AMBISER with the VXI* VoiceXML browser technology of I6NET. I6NET and AMBISER partner to provide a Voice Portal for the Citizen Attention Service of the Avila City Hall

Spain, Madrid – February 9th, 2009. I6NET provider of 3G/IP IVR / IVVR VoiceXML communications components for Asterisk, and AMBISER provider of system integration services develop a voice portal to improve the services offered by the Citizen Attention Service of the Avila City Hall. The voice portal is offering information of the Internet Citizen Portal and services like questionnaires to the citizens to know their opinion about local affairs.
